We start with a pre-event consultation to understand the people, the relationships and the moments that matter most, then craft bespoke conversation prompts just for your event.

The Kinetic Guest attends as a genuinely engaging, personable guest, wearing smart glasses to record naturally, so nobody freezes up or performs for a lens.

Every package includes

Travel & accommodation
- Travel within 25 miles of Brentwood, Essex is included.
- 26–75 miles: £0.50 per mile.
- Over 75 miles: mileage plus parking, tolls and congestion charges.
- Rail and flights charged at cost with prior approval.
- Accommodation at cost where required for late finishes, early starts or multi-day events.
- International bookings: professional fee plus travel and subsistence. Fixed all-inclusive quotations available on request.
Booking & payment
- A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date.
- The balance is payable 30 days before the event.
- Bookings within 30 days require full payment on booking.
- Any additional agreed expenses are invoiced at cost.
