Who we are
Kinetic Bridges is based in Brentwood, Essex, and operates The Kinetic Guest, Kinetic Connections and The Be Nicer Movement. For any privacy question, contact us through the enquiry form on this website or by email at hello@kineticbridges.com.
What we collect
When you complete an enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number (if given), the service you're interested in and your message. We do not collect special-category data and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and provide the service you've asked about, and to keep in touch about that enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
How it is stored
Enquiries are held in a secure customer-management system used to organise and respond to messages. Access is limited to Kinetic Bridges. We keep your information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Donations
If you choose to donate to The Be Nicer Movement, your donation is handled entirely by GoFundMe. Kinetic Bridges does not collect or store your payment details. Please see GoFundMe's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We only share information where we're legally required to, or with trusted providers who help us run the website and respond to you, under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, at any time. Contact us and we'll action your request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
